It's funny what he said about Hillary being qualified and being friends. Although that's hardly some sort of revelation.
Of course she is qualified. I mean she's been a Senator, Secretary of State, very involved first lady who is intimately familiar with what the president does day to day. That's about as qualified as it gets. She also voted for the Iraq war, voted for continued funding of it, pushed for involvement in Libya, Syria, etc. People who support Hillary Clinton can't escape that you are voting for George Bush's foreign policy.
So you think her response to an up or down vote of support for the policy of the then sitting president in response to a catastrophic national disaster is proof positive that she is a policy clone of Rumsfeld, Cheney and their pet monkey W?
No, for me it's far more then just her Iraq vote. If she had voted for Iraq, and then subsequently voted against funding it as a Senator, voted against further involvement in the middle east, denounced our continued presence there, then I could forgive her for that vote. There have been lots of Democrats who voted for it and then showed then afterwards showed signs of regret more then just words and tried to bring our troops home. Also for me more her time as secretary of state that does it for me. I mean she encouraged American involvement in Libya and Syria, continued involvement in Iraq. She says she has no regrets about Libya http://foreignpolicy.com/2016/04/14/hill...out-libya/
Acting like all Hillary has done is vote for the war in Iraq is not accurate. Her whole foreign policy mirrors George Bush.
