If that is not owned by him, or run by him, then he has made no demands as to the people who run it as to allow everyone to post. I could give a shit less in any case because it is a private page and those who run it just like this one set the rules in any case.
But I can tell you if you push him on Buddhism he has gotten testy about it. Many of his fans most certainly do.
Sorry, I don't see him banning people. I'm pretty sure he doesn't give two fucks about you. He gets thousands of replies weekly, and he doesn't hire any staff for his twitter channel AFAIK. It must have just been some sort of mix-up from twitter instead.
