No, that's just him playing to his natural charms. Read the essays he's written on the Iraq war and on justifying torture. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Harris is really one of these persons I'm proud to have nothing in common with other than my atheism.
I agree that atheists are as diverse as any other label, but just saying "I am of the off position" is not in and of itself anything to be proud of. I am proud of my mom, and she still believes. Now of course that does not make her belief a fact.
Sam most certainly is not right about everything, but he is not wrong about everything either. I wouldn't, no matter how much you disagree with Sam, equate his "Charms" to that of Trump. Point being no matter what side a leader or celebrity may be on, right or wrong, they still get there through marketing. Humans love a good story, be it about hope, or conquest, but in the end, facts matter, not image. And even with that, at least we should agree as atheists, that the ride ends, for both friend and foe alike.
