Maybe he has a low IQ and that was the best way he could articulate his belief that rich people should recognize their blessings and be more charitable to the poor? Perhaps he is highly medicated for mental illness and was simply struggling to express his thoughts properly? Maybe he was nervous that he was on television and misspoke?
