It doesn't matter where you're talking about, you're still imputing views based on a broad generalization. I asked you for numbers (which to anyone with half-a-brain should indicate that I know we're talking about wider society) -- I asked you for numbers to support your "typical" verbiage. Those numbers aren't anywhere in your post.
And how many times have you been here to America, anyway? How many Americans do you know that you can assess what is and isn't "typical" regarding their views about black police officers?
Speaking out of ignorance does nothing for your credibility.

Ironically enough, the man you use as an example has himself called many blacks Uncle Toms:
US News & World Report Wrote:Not only his fiscally conservative 9-9-9 plan, but his rhetoric comparing a media fire storm over his alleged sexual harassment to a "high-tech lynching" and accusing black voters of being "brainwashed" to stay on the "democratic plantation," have left black voters disconnected from Cain.
Those blacks who do think he's a sell-out don't think he's a sell-out because he's successful. They think he's a sell out because he belongs to the political party which assiduously works to hamper their right to vote, which assiduously refuses to grant minority concerns any standing in the national political discourse, which assiduously works to remove equal-rights protections.
You could also consider the fact that President Obama is black and obviously successful, but is not generally called an Uncle Tom. Wonder why? Maybe -- just maybe! -- it has something to do with his policies not unraveling the many civil-rights accomplishments over the last seven decades?

After the way you've run your mouth on a topic you clearly don't know the first thing about, calling someone else "culturally ignorant" is something you should avoid.
You've got the opportunity here to learn from people who live it first-hand -- yet you would prefer to tell them how things are from your perspective in France, touting your immigrant status as your bona fide.
Get over yourself, pal. You don't know your ass from third base about this country or this culture, and you don't have the good sense to not advertise that fact.
You see, the difference between you and me. I can argue the opposite and remain calm, whereas you, and others besides have to abuse, swear just to get your point across. For me, when you swear and abuse bella, paul or myself (not just you, but others too) then you lose all credibility.
