Training is education Drich. Now where are all these entry level jobs that provide OJT that you're so proud of? The jobs your refer to simply can't support the 2 million plus high school and college graduates that attempt to gain employment each Spring. Combine that with seniors working longer in jobs that traditionally filled by our youth and the problem is exacerbated.
