The thing is that's only atheists who aren't sophisticated enough to realize that their own personal experience can never account for any God or Afterlife and hallucination is always more probable. IOW only idiot atheists are convinced by that.
If I see ghost what do I do? Keep staring at the ghost until I'm sure it's there and then scream and tell people? No... I keep looking to make sure it's a persistent hallucination and then I look away and go see a Psychiatrist.
