Thanks for the advice. I actually dont knoiw what kudos means (ok, time to google). and what is rep? I looked for a "thanks" button- fouind none........

Next to the reply button there's a kudos button. That's the thanks. Click it on this post.

At the far right from my avatar you'll see some stats about the number of my posts and such. You'll see Reputation: 20 there. Click on that number, then click on Rate User and write a message thanking me for so graciously and selflessly helping you out.
