We are sensory beings.. and as such are emotional beings.. even if our bonding emotions are not expressed or felt the same way... The only type of humans I am aware of who are able to experience invasive intimacy and feel nothing are criminally minded... That is all...
I wouldn't be having sex with someone I do not like.
I *can* be unaffected by sex, doesn't mean I typically am. Usually sexual acts from others cause me only aggravation, as they didn't intend to finish what they started. When they do 'go all the way', they are done long before I'd like. Sex typically affects me negatively, which really is my folly more than anything (believing that it might be enjoyable when I know it's probably not).
How do I deal with negative things? I distance myself emotionally from them. I'll take being 'criminally minded' over tears every day

Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
