The republicunts will sell out to him in a heart beat, man.
Hell, if Trump plays his cards right, he could easily have the House and Senate Republicans over a barrel to the point where, even if they wanted to make things hard for him, they will have little choice but to play ball. That's not to say that I disagree with Min. They'll cave in a New York minute, feckless fucks that they are, because they fear the backlash from Trump's base more than they care to stand for anything that may still resemble GOP principles. The last thing they can afford if they want to retain their tarnished brand is to be seen doing anything as shocking and unacceptable as standing with congressional Democrats against Trump for the greater good.
They can bluff and bluster all they want, but they lost control of their party to a megalomaniac who doesn't give a damn about their precious party "principles". They have no real bargaining power, as they'll soon discover the first time they try to thwart our homegrown demagogue and he brands them to his supporters. After that, bye-bye Republican party.
Of course, I hope it never comes to that. We'll see in November. I don't see where Trump picks up the necessary electoral votes to get over the hump, but he's running against a candidate who seems to be doing her damnedest to keep this thing close.
