The other physicists didn't chime in on the physics here, so did I miss something? As usual, the reality is more complex than the first-order model. All two-body orbits are mutual orbits, where the two objects orbit around their barycenter, which is the center of mass of the two objects. For the case where one object is much larger than the other, the larger object will appear only to wobble, but it is affected by the smaller object.
But perhaps the OP was making an analogy to demonstrate "first cause" argument for God.
