What a silly question. Of course I'm real, if by real you just mean actually existing. Even if I'm just a thought in the mind of God, I'm still a part of reality. I think what you meant instead is to ask what the nature of reality is, but that's a much less provocative question. Ultimately, I don't know, but I'd be inclined to believe that reality consists of a material world.
