Yeah I can see the STD reduction not being all too great.
But the UTI reduction does make sense. Unless a man showers and cleans under his foreskin right before he has sex, it is going to be a little gritty under there if it was cleaned in the morning and had all day to accumulate sweat and bacteria before having sex in the evening.

But yeah, that's a good point - though I'd like to think any thinking male would clean up the 'sex' part of his body before sex.
