That is always the case in politics, it seems. Even Obama, for whom I campaigned and voted enthusiastically, turned out to be in the pocket of lobbyists and just towing along the status quo. Hillary isn't far different from him, except he is more charming and funny.
Bernie is a gem, and I'm still super bummed he doesn't have a chance this year, but politicians like him are rare.
However, characterizing it as the lesser of 2 evils is so misleading when one of the evils go far, far beyond the standard level of a "bad" politician, crossing into wanna be dictator. No experience, poor leadership skills, poor decision making skills, and no ability to accept advice from anyone while attacking any perceived slight, however small, is beyond the normal level of bad we get to vote on.
