EP, looks like you're headed down the rabbit hole. I suggest that you not go there. In the grand scheme of things, how important is it to you to chase this issue that was put to bed awhile back? And what do you expect the results of your efforts to be, for you and for others in relation to you? 

From my vantage point, if you keep this up I see no win for you, nothing positive will come of it.

I agree. As long as the current Bullshit directed at me stops, I won't point out any of this either.
