God is the spinning chaos in the middle of a universe that was shat into being because god just wanted to. It could just as easily pull everything back into non-existence. Its name is Azagthoth and it is blind and an idiot who would just as soon reabsorb a creation as to create something new and different just to amuse itself. You certainly wouldn't want to draw nearer to thee for thee would resorb you and make you one with itself. Its messenger is Nyarlathotep the shapeshifter and meeting him could be either the most pleasent experience ever or the worst but never in between.
Once, when I was reading the revelations of Glaaki, I found a story of a planet of beings that were only capable of feeling pain, and about 80% of their matter was comprised of pain receptors. They were immortal and the slightest breeze would send them writhing in agony.
Azagthoth once decided it wanted a watcher and thus sprang forth Glarf, my imaginary friend who percieves reality objectively. He is omniscient and talks directly to my mind. He got as far from Azagthoth as he could right after he sprang forth into existence, much like our own planet.
We all peer at god through our assholes in a flashbulb of orgasm.
