I guess they haven't been educated with the natural water cycle. We drink it, our bodies use it, and then we dumb it which returns back to the environment where it will be recycled to form clouds, oceans, rivers and lakes.
I take it he believes that our bodies take in water and never dumps it after use? We lose water simply by breathing, talking, sweating and so on.
Another fine example of just how uneducated they really are.
