I would be wary of a paid service as it invites entitlement (what do you mean I can't post naked kids, I gave you 5$!), may screen out wonderful posters who happen to have moths in the wallet, and brings into reality the complexities of a payment processing system.
I'm qute aware of things like Stripe - there's a lot more to payment processing than just getting the money however. Disputes, bill of record, etc all have to be made with a custom UI. After inspecting the market for a drop-in store interface, I opted for a hardcoded paypal link. Everything else either cost too much money or was fundamentally incompatible with my requirements.
So I don't think that's likely.
