Oh, come off it, often enough I build natural history museums, when ever atheist try to give me a list of the greatest atheist people in human history.
1. It’s very short,
2 One sided with scientist and writers
3. Usually half the people on the list are not self proclaim atheist, I wonder how many of these great people have lost election over there assumption. I personally would rather see atheist or even more gays leaders than overly religious leader in office.
The bullshitometer is pegged. Now you are a museum builder, too. I thought you were an artist.
Often natural history museum would contract somebody like me to build displays within the museum. Sculpture, painting, research and etc…I've been a professional sculpture mainly for 36 years. I think your BS meter need to be fixed, reset it from being so black and white.

For years I wouldn't call myself an atheist because the commonly held definition was somebody who is certain there are no gods, whereas I just don't believe in gods. I now use the correct definition, which includes both those positions.
I saw it on youtube, the interview asked Carlin directly if he is an atheist, He said no I do not belong to any group.
Who do you know that is so open and free speech about so many topics with balls of George Carlin?
Why would George be so afraid of saying he is an atheist?
