I might point out for the sake of this thread that the birth of a two headed cow typically results from abnormalities in development, rather than a mutation in the germ line. Thus a two-headed cow generally doesn't sire more two headed animals. Thus, properly speaking, the production of a two-headed cow isn't an example of evolution.
