Compensating with meat. Lotsa meat. I'm trying to sell it to myself as an 'upgrade'. So far it's working.
Also, hate to admit it, but I feel better, especially first thing in the morning. Id say the improvement is 4X anything I'd see from placebo effect.
Yeah, sugar is addictive and bad for you. No doubt about it.
