I don't think it would be much diffrence between having parents of the same sex or having having parents with diffrent sex. Don't think that affect the children at all. the only problem would occur if the kid got taunted in school about it.
If a gay couple want a child and love their child and care about it, then I don't see why they shouldn't be allowed to have a child. Why should a "normal" couple who perhaps don't even care or love their child have more right to have one?
