I am going to admit what I am about to say, I have pondered but it is pure speculation on my part.
If I am not correct, and please correct me, science has yet to say something vs nothing, but from what I get from Lawrence Krauss is that coming out of nothing is possible. Am I correct about that so far?
Secondly. after all I have read over the years about something vs nothing, finite vs infinite, my take on it is that they are not mutually exclusive.
I am seeing the universe as almost the same as the atmosphere of our planet, a season starts, then it ends, another starts then ends, ect then the cycle repeats.
So mentally I am thinking "all this" can be forever and does avoid the bullshit problem of a super hero cognition factory boss which causes the problem with infinite regress, but more like an oscillation from off to on, energy gets spent to decay to off, the decay collapses to a dense spot, BOOM another big bang.
Like a light switch is off for a while, gets turned on for a while, light bulb burns out, collapses to off, till a qm twitch and booms back to on again?
Am I even close here? My point is that cycle can be forever and the finite parts are off and on fluctuation between?
I changed my mind Mr Brewer, I now believe in reincarnation, you were in a prior life one of the morons on Easter Island who said when others were saying to you "Dude, we are over populated", you "Who gives a fuck".
Idiot. Take care of yourself Han, I guess that is what you are best at.
