Sure there are evils among both sides. I just don't see how supporting the words out of Clinton's mouth with full understanding of what she's saying as being anywhere near evil. That's not to say that I always like or agree with her, but there's nothing directly vile coming from her. The rioters are asshats acting on their own accord and I can't associate that with Clinton support.
Trump, on the other hand, has said and done some absolutely fucked up shit. If people voted for him while fully agreeing with every word and action he's done, that is deeply concerning to me. That alone would be full justification for me to stop being friends with someone. I just don't think most Trump supporters would actually agree with all of that if they really paid attention. Until they start acting like asshats, I'm not going to toss them out.
