That the APA doesn't want their members to diagnose anyone remotely makes perfect sense to keep themselves and there members as legitimate as possible.

Sorry, but this concern over unfairly analyzing Trump based on the strange things he's done and said is irrelevant since it's going to happen anyway. If his team can't rein in the weirdness, the speculation over his clear problems is going to continue.
