He may not be able to govern, but he seems determined to maximize damage. Harding hardly showed any similar resolve.
When you're out only for yourself, the road to Hell is paved with your own intentions. Harding's resolve was likely the same as Trump's is: show me the money, Jerry. SHOW ME THE MONEY.
