Assuming you're capable of reading I'm quoting Orochi, who quoted Tiberius.

Now your turn
The US Constitution does not have anything in it about immigration. The original one did but it only applied to the importation of slaves and was deleted.
The 14th Amendment has nothing to do with immigration. It's original intent was to extend citizenship to the black people in America after the end of the Civil War. Before that they were not citizens even if they were free and had never been slaves. Later on the SCOTUS extended it to Chinese who had been born in America. Most American Indians didn't become US citizens until June 2, 1924 and some didn't gain full citizenship until 1948.
If we really wanted to we could amend the Constitution to deny muslims (or any other group) US citizenship.
The President runs foreign policy. He determines who our foreign and domestic enemies are. He then gets the Congress Critters to do his bidding with the appropriate laws, resolutions or declarations of war.
Please get up to speed on American history. We can always discuss whether something is a good idea or not since that's just a matter of opinion. But when it comes to facts be prepared to present them.
