I'm sorry, come again John, I was distracted by all that rape, murder and raiding business. Hard to multitask. Tell you what, lemme wrap it up with the poor civilians so I can focus on that point you were making.......
Yeah yeah people absolutely do terrible things in wartime, I think it would be a little unfair to characterize what the soldiers are doing overseas in the manner that John did....perhaps if he added nation-building and peacekeeping to the list it would seem less insulting?..lol. You know it may be interesting to tally up the total number of troops and support personnel in the AO, cross reference it with an american city of a similar population, and check to see if crimes rates are higher, lower, or in line with what one might expect in a group of that size.
