Pretty sure almost any bodily fluid if present in enough quantity is not going to smell like daisies.

Or smells like daises.
But, foul-smelling menstrual blood (as in, the smell honestly makes you want to gag), that persists despite proper attention to hygiene, is not normal. It's typically a sign of infection, often due to pH imbalance.
And it should be brought to a healthcare provider's attention.
