I highly doubt he will be banned from addressing parliament, but he probably wouldn't want to anyway. The speaker was extremely unprofessional and should have kept his personal opinions on the matter to himself but apparently he might be replaced by someone more suitable shortly.
Fingers crossed.
It was only a short while ago he came close to being banned from the country for hate speech.
