share your experience and please be talk about how you succeeded in doing it.
It seems no one has a serious answer for you, so I'll bite.
Have I been successful in doing it... yes, albeit it was short lived.
The how is pretty simple, anyone with frequent bouts of "sleep paralysis" can easily do it.
I used to experience "sleep paralysis" frequently, I use quotes because I would often enter "sleep paralysis" while I was wide awake, and could induce it to some degree. Anyone stating that "sleep paralysis" is a dream has no idea what they are talking about, you are fully conscious and aware of whats going on.
My personal opinion is that your consciousness is on the verge of leaving the body and is increasing in frequency, hence why you have no control over it (body and consciousness are on different frequencies).
How I personally managed to consciously enter this state is by concentration and relaxation. To put it simply, essentially what I would do is lie on my bed and concentrate on trying to sink into the mattress.
How you know you've entered into a "sleep paralysis" state is you'll feel a vibrating/tingling sensation (similar to loss of blood circulation) over your whole body, the key is to relax. Most people panic and try to move at this point, which is why they don't experience Astral projection.
I laterally felt a "pop" sensation upon leaving the body...
There you have it.
