There's a difference between what you call white guilt and accepting that our history wasn't all good and working on not repeating it. White guilt is a fringe phenomenon, which may be shared by a few activists. Working on making things better in the future and accepting our own wrongdoings is somethíng everyone should do, since it's aimed at creating a better environment for everyone.
