I'm totally open to making this more of a "Choose Your Own Goal" challenge. There could be challenges within the challenge depending on people's goals. For example, if you want to cut out fried food and two other people do too, we'll see who is the most consistent. We'll just work on the honor system. If you lie to get Internet points, you have more problems than an unhealthy diet.
I'll probably latch onto anything to do with consistent exercise and weight loss. Last year, I stopped eating regularly for a few months. I lost a bunch of weight and lived on Ensures and whatever Tibby could get me to eat. I gained some weight this year. I think it has to do with me just being happy to be able to eat. That needs to stop.
