But if people treat themselves that keeps vital money out of the pockets of medical people.
Then you get doctors who can't take afternoons off to play golf.
Nurses stop chasing rich doctors.
The public sees those perks disappearing and people no longer want to become doctors.
Medical schools go out of business.
Diseases spread.
Civilization collapses in upon itself.
