I've seen video of people moving multi-ton stone blocks with neolithic tools. It can be done. Similarly, students at Indiana University laid three courses of stones the same dimension as those used in the Great Pyramid. They did so using people power only, no modern techniques or tricks. If a bunch of frat boys can do this we don't need alien help.
