And I think she's right. You have nothing insightful to teach us here. You're just being a nuisance, sorry to say.
God sees no need for people to worship him for himself, there is no loss if we don't worship him to him, and no benefit if we worship him to him, the benefit is for us.
Do you fall in love with someone before? Isn't that a great feeling. Well God unites all treasures in everyone in perfect oneness and perfect balance, and falling in love with the most perfect being will do wonders more than falling in love with people who change for better or worse, who commitment to us can be broken any time, and even if they changed only for better, they can die and be taken away from us, and so God knowing how much we are in need of love would connect us to him by a perfect connecting link at all times (known as the witness/leader/guide/face of God/name of God).
You've got things exactly backwards. Love is caring even for better or worse. For those whose commitments can be broken. For those who will fail us. And still caring. Love is attachment even though they will die and be taken away from us. You treasure perfection and consistency. That isn't love. That is the view of a child who is afraid to be vulnerable. You feel that loving someone who can't betray you will shield you from pain. You worship the changeless because you are afraid to feel. You don't love God, Mk, you love the unchanging. You are in love with death. You have a child's view of things, with your talk of swords of honor and dark forces. This is the world of someone immature, who hasn't grown into love. Someday you will see that it is change and imperfection which give life meaning. Or maybe you will just die, forever having been enamored with this fantasy of a perfect and unchanging lover. Your God is nothing more than a reflection of your fear of losing control. How perfect would the world be if we were always in control? Well you imagine that such is possible, and you personify it as God. It's a vain hope, engaged by people who are afraid and who are afraid of their fear. That you can control things is an illusion. And someday, the world will take away something you value greatly, and you will see how impotent this belief in your God is.

The honor one get's from being helped by the Guide and Witness of time, and the beautiful love relationship gained in that, is a huge favor.
More wishful thinking of a child. Pile wishes in one hand and shit in the other, see which piles up first.
