After so many years that most of you guys praise science as the panacea to human problems
now is time to show that you know something about science.

Here are three of the very basic questions.

Are they scientific questions?  No, they are not.  They presuppose Hindu religious drivel which is total bunk.  "Not science."

1) In the existence of this universe of ours in which order the fundamental factors came.
The matter, the water, the light-energy, the air or the space?
(Did the matter came first or last and what about the other factors?)

"In Hinduism's sacred literature, the "great" or "gross" elements (mahābhūta) are fivefold: space (or "ether"), air, fire, water and earth." ~ Wikipedia: Mahābhūta

Nobody gives a rat's ass what Hindu sacred literature says the elements are.  Science disagrees with the mythology.  "Not science."

2) And why one factor came first and the next follow?

Nobody cares about your religious drivel.  "Not science."

3) What is the best way to understand how the above universal factors are positioned or arranged?

Remember that I did not say anything about a creator so let us concentrate on science alone.
