You don't get it Crunchy.
To be perfectly honest, it's you who have missed the point of what I posted. I'm not kidding either, you absolutely don't understand what it is I've said and it seems clear that you don't even understand what it is you're saying.
Look below and I'll show you.
Quote:There is nothing wrong with the scientific method that you just show.Yes, they are different and I pointed this out to you.
Intuition however is a total different thing.
"Intuition is faith in your own thoughts. If your intuition tells you the moon is 500 miles from earth, and someone else's intuition is that it is 1000 miles from earth, one or both of you is wrong. How can we go about figuring out what the correct answer is?"
Did you miss that part? It was my first sentence to you. It illustrates how people can get ideas that may be correct or may be false. Intuition may be one way to get an idea but that has nothing to do with determining the veracity of that idea. Getting an idea and determining its truth are two TOTALLY different things right? Now..."How can we go about figuring out what the correct answer is?"
Quote:Take Einstein and his theory of relativity.
He try and try to work out how to get it until one day it pop up in his mind.
Where you think it pop up from?
It pop up from his subconscious mind.
Nobody told him
Even if I grant you that the entire theory of relativity just popped into his head, in exactly the same way that someone's intuition told them the moon is only 500 miles away, there MUST be a method by which to verify ALL such intuitions about reality.
Now get this because it's important: Nobody believes in relativity because "Einstein says so". Got it! That's what makes it science and not religion.
Relativity was subjected to the Scientific Method to reveal it's truth, not to yoga. No one relied on someone else's intuition even if that intuition is what led to the idea in the first place. You must understand the truth of this or you will continue to look foolish on the internet.
Quote:I already explained at nauseam about this topic and about the conscious mind and the subconscious mind
or what you are aware so far and what is hidden in the subconscious mind.
Intuitional science is all about to allow what is hidden in the subconscious mind to emerge in the conscious mind.
Ok, so you don't understand.![]()
No one, No where is saying that people don't get all kinds of ideas from all kinds of places including dreams and intuition, and from staring at clouds or playing with a dog or working as a patent clerk.
The very first step in the scientific method that I first posted is...
GET AN IDEA!
You literally missed step 1) of the Scientific Method.
So this is your mistake Rik. You think that intuition is somehow either better than or a replacement for the Scientific Method.
But you're wrong.
In fact, it's step one.
Wrong again Crunchy.

The very source of your life wouldn't care less whether you invent a spaceship to travel to other
planets in the universe or any other scientific discovery.
In the mind of this source everything that human beings discover is already there so no big deal
at all.
Life is all about discovering who we really are.
This is the big deal Crunchy.
All the rest is just a way to carry on in the quest for survival.
By concentrating all our energy in the quest for external deals and forgetting the real deal number one
people get lost and will have to carry on and on life after life chasing a folly that get them nowhere.
Good luck in your quest for the illusive McCoy.
