Cakras are glands

Horsehockey.  The chakras are mythical energy centers within the body.  Any connection to the existence and operation of the glands is nothing but pseudoscience. The glands do what the glands do, and any connection between that and any 'subtle body' based upon their position within the body is nothing but rubbish.

In Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism, a chakra (Sanskrit: Cakra, Pali : Cakka) is thought to be an energy point or node in the subtle body. Chakras are believed to be part of the subtle body, not the physical body, and as such, are the meeting points of the subtle (non-physical) energy channels called Nadi. Nadi are believed to be channels in the subtle body through which the life force (prana) (non-physical) or vital energy (non-physical) moves. Various scriptural texts and teachings present a different number of chakras. It's believed that there are many chakras in the subtle human body, according to the tantric texts, but there are seven chakras that are considered to be the most important ones.

control space, air, heat-energy-light, water and matter

Science could but science has concluded that the glands don't control "space, air, heat-energy-light, water and matter".  This is nothing but rambling bullshit.

so by looking in this sequential order we can
see how the elements that make up the universe work and in which sequential order one come first and one come last.

Rubbish.  The order of the glands in our body has fuckall to do with the elements that make up the universe.
