I struggle very much with rating moods.
As well as having this thread to benefit everyone else who participates... another one of my motives for creating this thread was the fact that it might help me become more accurate at rating my mood. I dunno... I just find it really hard to rate my mood in a journal or on a spreadsheet or somewhere where no one else can see it. I feel like my mood is often social so a thread like this where I can see other people doing the same might help me a little.
So that's the selifsh aspect to this thread but hopefully other people will find it helpful too lol.
By the way... anyone who finds 0-10 too small a scale could give a percentage instead (0% being lowest mood and 100% being highest mood... so that's 101 numbers to work with instead of 11 (because of the number "0"
(if it was a scale of 1-10 then 1-5 would be the low end and 6-10 would be high end and 5.5 would be the middle
... (counterintuitive that ain't it?)
)).... and anyone who finds it too large a scale could judge on a scale of 0-5 or 0-3 instead.
Of course by default any number given should be interpreted on a scale of 0-10 unless another scale is mentioned.
