1) In the existence of this universe of ours in which order the fundamental factors came.
The matter, the water, the light-energy, the air or the space?
(Did the matter came first or last and what about the other factors?)

Matter came first.

2) And why one factor came first and the next follow?

Matter came first because everything is made of matter if you include anti-matter.

3) What is the best way to understand how the above universal factors are positioned or arranged?

Absolute empty space doesn't exist (Quantum 'empty space' is teeming with quantum activity and therefore not completely empty). Light-energy.... I don't know what the fuck that's supposed to mean. Do you mean the atoms that sunlight is made of? If so that comes next.

Then air, then water.
