Nope. They look nothing like Brachiosaurus for example.

The 'Long Necks' as a whole absolutely do include all Sauropods, yes. There are even Brachiosaurs in at least one of the sequels, if I remember correctly, and they're also referred to as 'long necks', yes.
(I'm using "Brachiosaurus" as an example because they're a species of Sauropods/'Long Necks' that are very distinct from Little Foot and his mom (which are Apatosaurs/Brontosaurs)).
