It depends.

If you're a growing child they're definitely good for you.

If you're lacking in nutrition they're definitely good for you.

If you have an egg with toast and orange juice you've got every vitamin and all the nutrition you need right there.

Then on the other hand eggs contain a lot of extra fat and crap you don't need, too.
