The clickbait thing on the other hand was an idea to make to forum more readable, i.e. to improve forum functionality - two completely different issues. If you frame it as if click-bait titles had been made against the rule because they are offensive, thus insinuating that the staff finds hat speech less offensive , that's just dishonest.
