Meh...I can differentiate between the economic and political motivations of colonialism from cultural cross-pollination. I don't see the need to shut down the taco stand of white women in Portland because they got their recipes from Mexico (here). If it is morally right to demand they stop, then, by that same logic, it is morally unacceptable for Europeans to make chocolate. These kill-joy puritans are not making the world a better place; they are making it poorer and less vibrant.
