What are your thoughts on taco salad. Have you ever made one? We sometimes do something similarish but I'd like to try something more authentic if that is even applicable here. I usually make a cesars salad and then fry some beans tomatos and peppers, melt some cheese over that, and put in onto the salad. We have taco chips and mole on the side.

I might actually be able to eat that.  But I didn't care for the word salad the OP was serving up, way too much depravity for my taste.
