Do you consider Israel to be racist against the Palestinian people?
[/quote]

Certainly not.
You have to know the history of the conflict in order to judge who is racist against whom.
Here is a small list of events who regular people don't know:
-During WWII the leader of the Palestinians the Mufti of Jerusalem Hadj Amin El-Hussein was the ally of Hitler and planned with him that when the german army led by Rommel will arrive in Palestine they will destroy all of the Jewish population.Who was the racist?
-Israel was legally approved by the UN on November 1947.The next morning after the declaraton of inndependence, 7(seven) Arab states invaded Israel with the openly declared purpose to kill all the Jews.Who was the racist?
-Most of the Arabs who fled Israel during this war, did not because they were forced, but because they were strictly forbidden by tha same Mufti to remain in the territory of the heretic non believers. In the same time they were promised to return in a short time after victory when thy will take part in the looting of the defeated Jews.Sure there were also exception when in the wake of the fights Arabs were expelled, but this was only a small minority. So who is here the racist?.
-In 1967 Nasser concentrated the Egiptian army in the Sinay desert, without any territoral dispute whatsoever with Israel, with the openly declaration that he will threw all Jews in the sea.Was Nasser a racist?.
-In 1982 Yasser Araffat sitting with his guerrilla army in south Lebanon shelled continously for a whole year the northern civil population of Israel till Israel not being able to bear it anymore started the war against Lebanon. Are terrorist actions against civilians compatible with international normes of nonracists?
-During the years 2001 -2003 the Palestinian launched bloody terrorist attacks against civilians on busses ,supermarkets, hotels ,cafees, public roads,,with the result of hundreds of deads and thousands of wounded, all under the slogan of "kill the Jew".
The killing stopped when Israel build separating high walls on the border of the Westbank and introduced a lot of road blocks.
Now those walls and road blocks are being pointed by the Palestinians as racism, but thet are in reality a life jacket for defending civilians.
Terrorist attempts have not stopped for a single day since then, they ar only better defeated by the help of the walls and of the road blocks.
--In the year 2006 Israel evacuated by it's own good will all of the territory of the strip of Gaza. The hope was that the evacuation will bring a bit of peace at least from this region. Instead following "democratic"election the terrorist goup of Hamas defeats the legal Palestinian Authority ,evicts them from Gaza and installs a theocratic oppressive regime against his own people.
The shelling of Israeli towns and villages begins on a dayly base albeit with a primitve rocket but which is capable in inspiring awe and fear on civilians and also a number of victims.
Hamas declares openly it's final goal to destroy Israel.
Hamas knowing that Israel is going to retalliate for the shelling installs land mines in private houses putting with purpose his population in danger in order to be able to point that Israel killed civilians.
During the Gaza war ,the leaders of Hamas hid themselves in the bunker of the Gazan hospital.
It is true tha there were many ,to many, casualties and death of women and children. But this awfull result has nothing to do with racism but with a warfare imposed by Hamas.
-Last but no least the Arabs living in Israel are citizens with full rights equal to all the population. They have their own Arab parties, they have their own repesentatives in the Parlament. In the last years a lot oe Israeli Arabs lead anti israeli campaigns in and out of Israel but being Mp's nobody is going to harm them.True that there are some activities closed to Arabs as for instance in the army or other areas related to security but you'll find Arabs as Doctors ,Judges, civil servants ,ministers, scientists and so on.
There is not a single Arab country where Jews would have a hundredth or the righs arabs are enjoing in Israel.
So who is finally the racist against whom?
