Wrong, I'll point out why. God supposedly created us and he knew what was going to happen and why, because he designed it that way. So ultimately, it's his fault.
Say I designed a paper airplane to perfectly fly across the room and land on a table. Now say I gave it a mind and I being all knowing, I know it will choose not to land on the table like I wanted. It would be my fault, I designed it that way. Also I'm all knowing, so I can't blame anyone else but myself. Same with your god, if he creates us to behave a certain way, it's ultimately his fault.
Here's another way of looking at it. Say I created an RC with an artificial mind, now I gave it weapons and the ability to use them or not. Now say it flew off and killed someone. Who would you blame? Me, the one who designed and built it, or the RC for which was only doing what I gave it the ability to do? Me being all knowing makes it worse, because I knew it would and I could of changed it's design.
