What are you talking about? People take their business elsewhere all the time, for any number of reasons.

The sign's not a rude awakening in my, view; it's just stupid. I already know to say ''please and 'thank you', and don't need some butt-hurt coffee shop owner not-so-passively admonishing me for shit I haven't even done, before I even hit the door. THAT's what's rude (and quite unwelcoming), in my book.
Nah...fuck that. I'd just go somewhere else.
