It would be interesting if I could talk to you as myself from 10 years ago. I grew up in a far-right Christian family and I acted just as homophobic as the rest of them. I was a bisexual in denial the whole time. My real feelings just made my hatred worse because I was afraid. I probably wouldn't have reacted to strongly if I had just been heterosexual.
